Mar. 1995 Established Ishizue Co., Ltd. in Shimogyo Ward, Kyoto City, with capital of ¥12 million.
Aug. 1995 Registered as a first-class architect's office.
Sep. 1995 Acquisition of Governor's License through Building Lots and Buildings Business.
Jun. 1999 Obtained construction business license.
Aug. 1999 Established Plantec Co., Ltd. (formerly Plantec Ishizue Co., Ltd.) in Higashiyodogawa Ward, Osaka City, with capital of ¥10 million to enhance design capabilities.
Jan. 2000 Moving the company to Nakagyo Ward (current location) in Kyoto City, capital increase to ¥23 million due to expansion of business in Kyoto.
Feb. 2001 Capital increase to 32 million yen.
Mar. 2002 Established an Osaka branch office in Higashiyodogawa Ward, Osaka City, for the purpose of developing business in Osaka.
May 2002 Registered as a first-class architect's office at the Osaka branch office.
Aug. 2002 Change of Governor's License to Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's License by Building Lots and Buildings Business.
Jul. 2003 Capital increase to ¥50 million.
Sep. 2003 Merges UL Design Co., Ltd. for the purpose of expanding operations in the Hanshin area.
Mar. 2006 Relocation of Osaka branch office to Osaka Chuo Ward (current location) due to expansion of business in Osaka.
Jul. 2010 Established a Tokyo branch office in Chuo Ward, Tokyo, for the purpose of developing business in Tokyo.
Sep. 2011 Expansion of business in Tokyo will increase the number of floors in the Tokyo branch.
Feb. 2014 Relocation of the Tokyo branch office to Minato Ward, Tokyo (current location) due to expansion of business in Tokyo.
Oct. 2020 Capital increase to ¥10 million.
